If your situation is straight-forward, and the debt is not in dispute, we will be able to provide you with a Letter Before Action. If the matter is disputed please see “disputes” below. This letter will cost £25.00 plus VAT. This is a fixed fee, for the production of this one letter. This fee does not cover any subsequent work after the letter is sent, e.g. letters/defences in response, offers to pay or arrangements for payment. These are a service that we can provide under our standard, hourly rate.
